$20 / HOUR | OVERNIGHT MEDICAL CLEANING | SIGNING BONUS
Premier Facility Management is seeking experienced medical cleaning professionals with prior medical cleaning experience, and demonstrated attention to detail to carry out cleaning and detailing duties in BELLINGHAM, WA. Individuals in this position will ensure the building, grounds, and equipment are kept in a clean, orderly, and functional condition per contract and company specifications, while adhering to all rules and instructions as established.
**Full vaccination & proof of, required.****Mask required at all times while working**
Hourly, non-exempt.
Schedule: Monday through Saturday (6 days weekly) Starting at midnight. 3 Hour shifts.
Wage: $20/hr
$300 SIGNING BONUS AFTER 90 DAYS
Responsibilities
Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, cleaning windows and mirrored surfaces, polish stainless steel & surfaces, & other tasks as required.)
Sanitize and disinfection of surfaces and furniture.
Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects as needed.
Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
Cooperation and compliance with all rules, regulations, and policies. Including all health & safety policies, procedures and regulations.
Follow written and/or verbal instructions regarding the use of chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
Other cleaning, custodial or other duties as directed or required.
Qualifications
Proven work experience as a medical cleaner.
Dependable transportation.
Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets.
Punctual & dependable attendance.
Able to communicate with management in a timely manner, reporting issues, requesting supplies, etc.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or less on a frequent basis.
Ability to understand and adhere to Company policies in all areas.
Personal cell phone with internet access preferred.
Use of work related apps on personal phone.
