Job Description
Provide secretarial services for building principal and vice principal including but not limited to: typing, filing, recording meeting minutes, and translating
Serve as receptionist and assist with maintaining office records
Assist in the maintenance of student records and files
Responsible for translating building correspondence
Assist with minor health-related problems
Maintain appropriate office area decorum
Maintain copy machines maintenance and ordering of copy machine materials
Coordination with parent liaison concerning volunteer needs and school activities
Maintain paraprofessional timecards and record keeping of absences
Assist in bus dispatching and troubleshooting (after school)
Attendance calling and record keeping
Assist District office with translating documents
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
High School graduate, or GED
WSP/FBI criminal history background clearance requirement
Flexible with willingness and ability to work in a team situation
Evidence of excellent attendance, punctuality, and dependability
Evidence of ability to be self-disciplined and a self-starter
Bilingual Required
Must meet state requirements for COVID 19 vaccination or an exemption to the COVID 19 vaccination as a condition of employment by the first day of work

Salary: Per Secretary Salary Schedule
Hours: 8 hrs./ day 8:00-4:30 PM
