Job Description :
Ogemaw County Emergency Dispatch Authority is seeking applications for a Full and Part-Time Emergency-911 Dispatchers. Are you ready for a challenging career in public safety communications? Candidates must possess the ability to quickly and accurately analyze fast moving information and rapidly formulate effective responses to emergency situations, all while operating multiple computer and communications systems. Trainees must successfully complete an intensive training program of 3 months and a 1 year probationary period. The position works various 8 hr.-12 hr. shifts, including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
