We are currently interviewing for Commercial Lines and Personal Lines Account Managers.
LOCATION
Work from home opportunities are offered after 90 days of employment. Employees may be based out of our main location just north of downtown Cincinnati or our Middletown location, whichever is most convenient.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Account Managers work closely with Producers, Clients and Carriers in order to manage the servicing, marketing, growth and retention of an assigned book of business.
BOOK OF BUSINESS RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, carriers and internal team
Educate, advise and make recommendations to clients about policy coverages, changes, exclusions and needs
Manage new and renewal business marketing processes
Evaluate and negotiate carrier quotes
Perform account reviews
Promote growth of existing book through account rounding
Create proposals and presentation materials
Bind coverage within established limits
Resolve all policy and coverage related concerns
Maintain a broad knowledge base of carrier underwriting guidelines
Manage client files to ensure proper documentation
Other duties, as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
Thrives under pressure; continues to provide excellent customer service, hit deadlines, stay positive and maintain a positive attitude no matter the situation
Must have a committed and flexible attitude
Must be able to keep multiple projects moving at the same time, seeing all through to completion
Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully, both written and verbally
Ability to work respectfully with clients, producers and other staff members
