ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT/CUSTOMER SERVICE DETAILS:
Answering incoming phone calls
Data input
Reporting
Other administrative functions needed to support all departments
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT/CUSTOMER SERVICE QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 3 years of administration experience required
Strong organization skills
Detail oriented
Skilled multi-tasker
Ability to manage priorities with minimal direction
Proficient with Word, Gmail, Google Docs
Advanced knowledge of Excel
Dependable with attention to detail
Strong written, communication, and customer service skills
Highly motivated with the ability and discipline to work
independently once given directive
Employee must be capable of occasionally lifting and/or moving up
to 25 pounds.
Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a
condition of employment
