Job Description :
Overview:

Atlantic Health System is seeking a Per-diem Administrative Assistant for the Radiology Unit at Morristown Medical Center. Hours vary, including every other weekend.
Responsibilities:

Essential Job Functions:

Selected candidate will:

Manage phones
Process patient requisitions
Coordinate patient flow
Monitor status of patients waiting for completion of procedures
Communicate with sections within department
Act as an assistant to attending physicians
Operate hospital information system – EPIC
Perform other administrative functions associated with hospital Radiology department & Nursing Units
Qualifications:

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Related Experience:

Patient registration and EPIC a plus.
