Job Description :
We are looking for a professional, dynamic, detail and task oriented executive assistant to support the leaders in the newly formed Corporate Services Data and Analytics team. The leaders in this department support the Data and Analytics needs of 4 divisions, which are HR, Global Risk & Security, Office of General Counsel, and IT. This role will need to interface with her / his counterparts in all these divisions and also with other peers in the Chief Data and Analytics Office (CDAO). This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new department focused on a growing area, Data and Analytics.

The Administrative Associate-

Answers telephones, takes and relays messages, and coordinates continuous telephone coverage with other administrative assistants.
Schedules meetings, coordinates location, notifies parties, and tracks attendance. Makes travel arrangements and orders refreshments if necessary.
Orders and inventories department office supplies as needed. Monitors expenditures.
Types and/or prepares memos, correspondence, reports, meeting minutes, presentations, and other materials.
Maintains calendar for department.
Follows established procedures and guidelines, with limited opportunity to exercise independent judgement.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

What it takes-

Minimum of two years administrative or secretarial experience, preferably in a medium to large size department in a corporate setting.
High school diploma or an equivalent combination of training and experience; Associate’s degree or Secretarial School degree preferred.
