Overview:
Atlantic Health System is seeking a full time Administrative Nurse Manager for Morristown Medical Center, Nursing Resources. The shift is7 pm-7am, with every third weekend required.
Responsibilities:
Candidate will be responsible for the operational functioning of the organization on nights, weekends, and holidays. This includes staffing and other administrative needs.
Candidate will have the ability to utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate the plan of care for patients served.
Through the model of Shared Governance, collaborate with all members of the health care team with a focus on promoting evidenced based care within a healing culture for the patient population served and their families.
Candidate will demonstrate and embrace the PRIDE core values (Professionalism, Respect, Involvement, Dignity and Excellence) in every aspect of their job.
Candidate must have excellent communication and computer skills.
Qualifications:
Education:
BSN required, MSN preferred
Required Licenses:
Valid New Jersey Nursing License
Required Certifications:
BLS
Required Experience:
5 years+ clinical bedside experience
3 years+ formal leadership experience
Excellent clinical skills
