Job Description :
Pinnacle Home Improvements is currently looking to hire a full-time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant.
We are a locally owned and operated company with additional offices in Nashville, Knoxville & Chattanooga Tennessee. Work in a positive environment with a company that values their team members and strives to promote from within!
The position requires effectively handling busy inbound calls and administrative duties. Must be a people person who enjoys helping customers and team members.
Responsibilities:
Effective customer service
Answering a four line phone system, transfer calls or take and deliver messages to the appropriate department.
Data Entry
Scan and Upload documents
Creating customer files
Sending out warranty documents
Office supply inventory and ordering supplies
Any other request or assignment made by office manager
Required Qualifications:
Organized and Detail Oriented
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Upbeat and positive attitude
Computer skills in Microsoft Office/ Outlook, Word and Excel
Have experience with a CRM software program
3-5 yrs experience handling busy phones and administrative duties
Strong ethics and reliable
We will train the right individual on our systems and processes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour
