Job Summary：Employees in the Assembling role are responsible to support the manufacturing process assembling components into finished goods in accordance with predetermined safety, quality, method and sequence standards. The general assembly process may require employees in Assembling roles to work at any station during the workday dependent on staffing and production demands. Employees in the Assembling role may be expected to rotate to different workstations or they may be required to work in a specific workstation depending on experience, training and skill level to perform work tasks. Responsibilities: Applicants will be required to assemble components following established assembly procedures. Load machinery with raw materials. Utilize equipment and a variety of hand tools. Perform work in a safe manner. Maintain work area in accordance with company policy. Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED is required. Experience in an industrial manufacturing setting is preferred.
Must have a background knowledge of basic hand tools.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time at workstations.
Must be able to follow standard work guidelines, demonstrate the ability to complete production and maintenance records and daily documentation related to operations.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds required.
May be required to work overtime.
Read and understand work instructions.
Adhere to work rules and company policies.
Able to operate lift trucks.
