Job Description :
Overview:

Atlantic Health System is seeking a Full Time Assistant Manager for Special Procedures in the Radiology department at Morristown Medical Center.
Responsibilities:

This position will oversee the day-to-day operations of CT and MRI.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Work with Epic database to evaluate CT & MRI Data
Coordinates the daily functions of CT & MRI.
This position is responsible for the oversight of revenue related tasks.
Performs administrative and Clinical Team Members annual reviews.
Performs administrative Team Member counseling
Assist the Section Manager in the budget preparation process annually to
establish goals for revenue growth.

Maintains competency in all organizational, departmental, and outside
agency safety standards relevant to job performance for CT & MRI and
ensures compliance of department and team.

Oversees administrative functions within section(s) and works with the
Nursing Team along with department overseeing their clinical team to
ensure efficient and collaborative daily operations within the department.

Works with section & department leadership to develop/review policies,
procedures and protocols as needed.

Demonstrates knowledge of all imaging equipment and procedures.

Qualifications:

Education:

Must be a Graduate of an AMA approved School of Radiography
NJ State License and ARRT required
Candidate skillset must include Advanced Imaging Certification, MRI & CT preferred
5 years’ experience in CT and/or MRI
1 year experience as a Lead in advanced imaging
Valid CPR certification required

Experience

5 years’ experience in CT and/or MRI
1 year of experience as a Lead in Advanced Imaging
