Mission:
Tech-Keys seeks a full-time Associate Client Coordinator to join our fast growing and exciting company. The Associate Client Coordinator will provide support to the Client Relations Team and should possess strong customer service, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. With a range of administrative tasks, the Associate Client Coordinator should demonstrate the ability to independently review requests, prioritize, handle or escalate as necessary.
Responsibilities:
Assist Client Relations Team with gathering, organizing, and analyzing technical information for existing clients
Research, prepare, and review reports using information gathered from multiple sources
Assist with the preparation of proposals for existing clients
Ability to discuss and explain product and service offerings to clients clearly and effectively
Contact various vendors to discuss and obtain product information
Assist with identifying and building technology solutions for clients
Assist with client infrastructure and licensing audits
Timely and consistent follow up on assigned tasks
The ideal candidate must be extremely attentive to detail and be able to self-manage workload and prioritization. This candidate should be able to thrive in an ever-changing collaborative environment and embrace team achievements while remaining driven to achieve personal goals.
Desired Qualifications:
Basic IT hardware, networking, and Microsoft systems knowledge including computer components, Active Directory, and Office 365
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Entry level certification recommended (CompTIA A+)
Highly self-driven and proactive with the ability to pay close attention to detail
Strong ability to learn quickly with team guidance
Strong organizational skills
Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Works well under pressure and with time constraints
