Position Summary

We are seeking an Associate Marketing Manager to provide full cycle marketing of medical nutrition brands for healthcare professionals and consumers (patients). The Associate Marketing Manager will partner with the Senior Brand Manager to develop strategic marketing plans for two key brands and lead the tactical execution of those plans with a multitude of internal cross functional partners and external agencies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manages the digital strategy and execution of the overall comprehensive digital marketing plan for Health Care Providers and patients
Manages the budget, purchase orders, and contracts
Monitors and analyzes market share
Provides Professional conference strategy and management
Provides innovation of new product launches
Develops and displays passion for building great consumer brands
Responds to product and platform related questions
Provides and supports sales training as needed
Participates on customer teams and presentations as appropriate

REQUIREMENTS:

3+ years of consumer or healthcare professional marketing experience
Bachelor’s degree required, MBA strongly preferred
Experience in medical nutrition , consumer healthcare , or pharmaceutical marketing
Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Must possess strong written and oral communication skills, and enthusiasm for leadership
Analytical rigor ( research assessment, business performance data, and financial statements) experience preferred
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Must be able to multi-task and follow-up when responses are needed
Strong stakeholder management, internally and externally
Demonstrated leadership presence, negotiation and persuasion skills
