We are a fast growing company and are currentlylooking to expand our Guest Services Team.
As a Guest Service team member, you will make sure our guests havea memorable 5-star experience from the first time they are contacteduntil the end of their stay. This is a true customer service position. AtALR we strive to give every guest top notch service and that beginswith Guest Services. You will be the guest’s main point of contact andresponsible for creating a welcoming experience for them. We wantALR to be their home away from home.
Job Description (others may be assigned):
Ensure that all guests have a seamless check in process. Correspond directly with guests in regards to check in timeand parking needs. Inspect the apartment before the guest(s) arrive by makingsure the unit is up to standard. Ensure guests have submitted required documents andpayment prior to checking in. Provide the guest with keys, parking passes, etc. for theduration of their stay. Escort guests to their apartment and go over details aboutthe unit so that they are familiar and comfortable witheverything. Review ALR Guest Book (QR Code) with guests – thisincludes nearby restaurants, grocery stores, and things to doin the area. Assist guests with requests and answer questions. Anticipate guests’ needs to enhance their experience. Communicate with the Guest Services department managerof any guests complaints or issues to resolve as soon aspossible. Coordinate maintenance requests with the property leasingoffice or our inhouse maintenance personnel.
Qualifications and Skills:
1+ years of hospitality/customer service experience. Must have high proficiency with computer software, includingMicrosoft Word, Excel and Gmail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Adaptive with the ability to be flexible with any and allchanges that arise. Able to multitask while maintaining organization as well asacute attention to detail. Professional with a positive and personable attitude. Must have the ability to lift at least 25-30 pounds objects. Must be able to stand and walk for long periods. Knowledge of the Midtown, Buckhead, Old 4th Ward andPoncey Highlands is a plus. Must have a valid driver’s license, proper insurance coverageand a reliable vehicle. Scheduling Flexibility- must be able to work nights,weekends, and holidays.
