JOB TITLE: SALES TERRITORY MANAGER (Atlanta)
JOB SUMMARY: Building brand awareness and lead generation through strategic marketing.
REPORTS TO: Director of Events

Renewal by Andersen windows is the custom division of Andersen® windows. Founded in 1903, Andersen Windows has been the world’s largest and most recognized brand for exclusive window and door systems. Renewal by Andersen® was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners. Since then, we’ve installed nearly 3 million windows. We handle everything, from the free in-home consultation to the creation and installation of the product.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Drive success and results in your team by living the Renewal by Andersen methodology and core values
· Responsible for all activities related to interviewing, on-boarding, and performance management of the events brand ambassador team
· Work alongside team in field, providing feedback and ongoing coaching
· Set lead generation goals, compare performance to goals and adjust goals as needed
· Provide detailed and accurate lead and sales forecast
· Coach, mentor and provide feedback to team
· Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment
· Participate in weekly leadership meetings with Director of Events to discuss opportunities in hiring, training, team performance and new event opportunities
· Create and implement a plan to exceed lead generation goals and increase sales conversion rate in your team
· Manage budget to meet/exceed cost of marketing goals
· Complete weekly/monthly coaching evaluations to ensure consistent lead setting behaviors within your team
· Lead monthly performance discussions with your team members
· Lead bi-weekly team conference calls to report on business and behaviors in the field
· Facilitate monthly training bootcamps with your team
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
· Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business; this includes evenings and 80% weekends
· 3-5 years’ experience managing a sales team preferred
· Ability to demonstrate strong leadership and analytic skills
· Must have your own form of reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
· High school diploma or equivalent
COMPENSATION:
· $40,000-50,000 Base + Commission + Stipends
