Responsibilities – Auto Dealership Service Advisors:
Schedule appointments for auto repair/maintenance work.
Advise customers about necessary/suggested auto repair/maintenance services, options, and costs
Follow the status of the customer’s vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work
Keep customers informed of any changes that occur
Upon completion of work, review work order with the customer to assure all concerns are addressed
Maintain high CSI scores
Qualifications – Auto Dealership Service Advisors:
GREAT customer service and sales skills
Ford Lincoln Service Advisor Experience is preferred
A positive attitude and good communication skills
Thrives in a fast-paced team environment
Good work ethic, computer skills, professional appearance
Valid driver’s license and good driving record
Must pass a pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. and be a current resident
