Job Description :

We are looking for a passionate person interested in helping others during their recovery to join our team in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Role and Responsibilities
Acts as liaison between supervisor, co-workers, and outside contractors to ensure that any maintenance that needs to be performed is timely, cost effective, and correctly completed.
Performs comprehensive maintenance, including the installation and repair of equipment.
Measures, cuts, and installs building materials using hand and power tools.
May assist in maintaining complete lawn care during the growing season.
May assist with planting of trees, bushes, flowers, etc.
Completes snow removal tasks such as shoveling sidewalks, steps, and doorways as needed during winter months.
Documents procedures and work completed in an accurate and timely manner.
Ensures proper care, maintenance and safe use of equipment and supplies.
Ensures work areas are kept orderly, clean, and safe.
Ensures that all services are provided in accordance with legal specifications, codes, organizational policy, and compliance requirements.
Communicates well with other departments on facility needs that may arise.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
A High school diploma or equivalent required.
At least one year of related experience required.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Ability to work outside required.
Ability to safely operate hand, power, and yard tools.
Attention to detail, efficient time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software necessary to create and maintain reports and logs.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality on all client records and business-related records, as required under HIPAA guidelines.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to ascend and descend stairs daily.

Must be able to seize, hold, grasp, turn or otherwise work with your hand or hands.
Must be able to lift to 75 lbs.
Must be able to perceive sound by ear to interpret oral information from employees or others accurately or quickly.
Work will be performed in a medical facility and outdoor environment with fluctuating temperatures.
Must be able to bend, lift, stretch, climb, and crawl to maintain equipment and buildings.
Must be able to perform work in a variety of weather conditions (i.e., Extreme heat and/or cold).
