Job Description
Support company-wide system implementation and business process improvement projects through evaluation of current work processes and execution of improvement strategies
Evaluate business needs and initiate quantitative and qualitative analysis to support project proposal or evaluation results
Lead business requirement gathering and manage comprehensive project documentation
Develop processes to efficiently manage, monitor, and track project deliverables
Lead project teams to define and manage project scope and provide timely updates to all stakeholders
Manage relationships and expectations of both internal and external stakeholders
Lead project team meetings to communicate project status
Perform data analysis working independently or with cross functional teams
Prepare materials in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Power Point to be presented within and outside of PI team
No limitation to the scope and services PI provides to the company in its efforts to implement best-in-class systems and processes
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) in Engineering, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or related field preferred
1+ year of experience in a related process improvement, project management, or analytical position
Necessary Attributes & Skills

comfortable navigating ambiguity and have the ability to exercise sound judgment and decision making abilities
have project and program management skills with several years of experience initiating activities, setting priorities, managing multiple priorities and delivering on-time results
enjoy learning new business processes quickly and efficiently as well as championing project requirements on behalf of business owners
a strategic thinker and problem solver with the ability to transform goals into actionable plans that you will drive end-to-end
work independently as well as in a team environment to achieve team goals and complete assignments within established deadlines
have the ability to quickly learn and understand new topics, businesses, and processes through research and interviews with subject matter experts
have experience leading cross-functional subject matter experts to meet deliverables and milestones
have the ability to cultivate strong collaborative working relationships and contacts within a work group, across other company functions and with external organizations
have proven ability to influence others and drive meaningful change results
have excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially pertaining to sales, operations, logistics, system, and financial functions
enjoy public speaking and can effectively communicate project objectives and outcomes to all levels
eager to learn and grow but also help others do the same
an organized, detail-oriented person with strong analytical experience and are willing to take on a challenge
experience working with or implementing best-in-class systems and processes
travel up to 15% of your time
