Job Description :
Will be responsible for handling partner walkins for the purpose of onboarding vehicle
Responsible for handling partner walkins for any other query apart from onboarding such as driver change, details update in the system etc.
Responsible for resolving supply issues raised by CC to the city team pertaining to the partners
Assisting in various calling activities from time to time on both Supply and Demand side
Maintaining data for all the partner walkins and their queries
Helping with Manual allocation of orders and coordinating with partner and customer for the same
Basic Excel Knowledge
Partner/Customer Relationship Management
Report Making
