Job Description :
The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for the cultivation of new business opportunities for KMC, developed from new programs with current and new customers. Their primary objective is to establish collaborative opportunities with the Engineering and Supply Chain teams of their assigned accounts. In addition, the BDM is responsible for sustaining existing revenue streams by ensuring KMCs preferred status on active parts and programs, through their end-of-life and into subsequent designs. The BDM will create account strategies with the support of the Director of Business Development that will define the path to profitable growth with key customers and prospects. The BDM is a customer advocate within KMC and will represent KMC in the market with integrity and professionalism.
