Job Description :
Role: Business Manager
Location: Jersey City/NYC/Tampa
Duration: 12 Months
Responsibilities:
· Producing and maintaining Global Risk Operations senior management decks and presentations to a high standard, following Company standard and formatting such as business reviews and town halls
· Managing and producing regulatory presentations for senior management
· Manage the Reward and Recognition spend for all of the Global Risk Operations lines of business
· Develop and maintain communication standards and procedures; serve as subject matter expert on communication tools and applications
· Partnering with GPA to ensure alignment with messaging, processes etc.
· Creation of ad hoc presentations; coordination and moderation of town halls and other forums
· Advise, write and edit on company-wide communications
· Ensure all communications adhere to Company’s Compliance & Regulatory Standards.
· Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Company, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
· 6-10 years of experience in a financial services role
· Presentation / Powerpoint skills
· Demonstrated working knowledge of financial services industry
· Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $70.00 – $75.00 per hour
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Willingness to travel:
25% (Preferred)
Work Location: Multiple Locations
