Job Description :
The CAD Designer position entails the ability to understand and translate Bid Specifications into code-compliant Electrical and Fire Alarm system installations. This includes being proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Word, Excel, Email or other engineering design software applications. Knowledge of Electrical and Fire Alarm code is preferred but not required.
Candidates must be dedicated and reliable team players who are committed to establishing and furthering a positive organizational culture. Detail-oriented, problem-solving individuals with the ability to assess, prioritize and execute CAD designs, drawings, and submittal guides is highly desired.
Participate in customer site visits, kick off meetings for new Projects, and assist both Installation divisions as needed.
