Blew & Associates, PA is an established national Land Surveying and Engineering firm that has been offering land surveying and design services for over 130 years. We have offices across the U.S., multiple licensed surveyors and engineers on staff, and over 90 field survey crews strategically located across the country. We do not subcontract any of the work, we perform all our services in-house and Blew and Associates is a premier provider of ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys. We have the professional engineers, surveyors, and field resources to maintain continuity on any given project by delivering a quality product on time, to meet the due diligence goals of REIT’s, owner developers, private equity, lenders, title companies, and law firms, while maintaining our quality control through closing. From a single site logistics acquisition to a 1,000-site fast food portfolio, Blew has our clients covered. All the service offerings we provide are nationwide, making us a one-stop source for our clients project surveying needs.
Job Overview:
Develop and retain a quality client base comprised of REIT’s, Owner Developers, Private Equity, Law Firms, Title Companies, Corporations and Lenders, with significant commercial real estate portfolio holdings in a variety of capacities through the acquisition of new business and maintenance of existing clients. Business Development manager interfaces with clients and legal counsel on complex commercial real estate and zoning regulations. Business Development managers have an ongoing responsibility for maintaining the client relationship and servicing the customer’s needs throughout the entire due diligence process, through closing.
Essential Functions:
Builds client relationships, secures ALTA survey orders from new clients, while maintaining and expanding business with existing/new client base.
Communicates proactively with and responds in a timely manner to clients.
Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from trade publications, business directories, industry ads, trade shows, internet websites, and other various sources.
Develops and executes a call and travel plan for the area assigned to include phone calls and appointments with qualified client leads.
Assesses individual client needs and develops, presents and implements a plan to satisfy those needs.
Is highly visible in marketing area by attending commercial real estate industry functions.
Displays or demonstrates ALTA Survey knowledge, using samples, and client requirements, while emphasizing service features and benefits.

Ability to listen to customers and understand their needs and objectives to better respond and offer services and solutions.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Ability to make sales calls.
Salesforce CRM Experience.
Excel and Word Proficient.
Detail Oriented.
Ability to take direction and grow with company.
Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
