Job Description :
We are looking for a client-oriented service representative. A customer services representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide information and assist our clients with accuracy and efficiency. The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help our clients. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to engage and interact with our clients. Customer service representatives can put themselves in our clients’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Client feedback is priceless, and our CSRs can gather that for us. Problem-solving comes naturally to client care specialists. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to resolve client questions. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to client inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls
Identify and assess clients’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handle client inquiries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of client interactions, process client accounts, and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Go the extra mile to engage customers
Skills
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiarity with Client Relationship Management systems and practices
Client orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of clients
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
High school degree
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $26.00 per hour
