LANDSCAPE OPERATIONS MANAGER – Commercial
Founded in 1987, Calvin Landscape is a full-service landscape design/build, commercial maintenance company. Throughout central Indiana, we have a long-standing reputation for providing quality service. For residential and commercial clients, Calvin Landscape offers custom lawn and landscape maintenance packages. The experience and knowledge we have in turf and plant care sets us apart from other landscaping companies. Our company has no shortage of labor, so we will thoroughly evaluate candidates to be considered for this position. The company accounts are very significant, so we strive to be highly organized, efficient, and well managed within each division.
In light of Calvin Landscape’s continued expansion and growth, we are now hiring for the following positions:
Landscaping Operations Manager (Commercial)
A candidate for this position should possess the following qualities:
Minimum of 5-10 years experience in managing commercial maintenance contracts and commercial installation, strong leadership skills, knowledge of Landscape Construction and Maintenance, scheduling, running crews, quality control, and effective oral and written communication skills. Solid landscaping knowledge is required. The compensation package includes a salary (based on experience) of $40,000.00 – $80,000.00, a health insurance plan, year-round employment, and a supportive management team. The company requires that all new hires have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
