Crane’s Mill has an exciting opportunity for a Community Engagement Coordinator!
In this role, you will:
Plan, evaluate, and coordinate activities, programs, classes, special events, and trips for Independent Living residents.
Meets with the Activity Committee on a monthly basis for resident input and feedback about past, present, and future activities.
Maintains financial records of department expenditures and produce financial reports when needed.
Creates program flyers and assist in production of monthly newsletter.
Assists residents and non-residents with the arrangement of activities and meetings (room reservation, furniture set-up, flyers, etc.)
Assists full-time and part-time drivers with transportation.
Required Experience:
Education/Training/Certifications: High School Diploma/GED required; BS/BA degree preferred
Experience: Previous experience in planning, coordinating and implementing group activities; previous experience with senior citizen population preferred
