Job Description :
The COVID-19 Response Coordinator serves under the supervision of the Personal Health and Disease Prevention Director and oversees all COVID-19 related activities across the health jurisdiction. The COVID-19 Response Coordinator will be in charge of project management and coordinating staff, vaccine clinics, and COVID-19 testing activities. Duties include, but are not limited to, providing leadership and direction to all staff related to the COVID-19 response, ensuring benchmark indicators are met, collaborating with other Supervisors in the Agency, other local agencies, and the state. The successful applicant must provide their own reliable transportation, be able to work independently and lead staff by utilizing good oral and written communication skills.
Employment Qualifications:
Education: Master of Public Heath (MPH), or Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration, or Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, or Bachelor of Science in Project Management, or equivalent experience.
Certification: Possession of a valid Michigan Driver’s License
Salary and Fringe Benefits:
This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week) located in the Coldwater office. The starting wage $27.74 per hour.
