Responsibilities
Manage large amounts of incoming calls
Accurately record customer interactions
Take orders and process quote requests and sales orders from existing customers
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Respond to customers via email and outgoing calls
Provide accurate, valid and complete information
Filing
Other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years customer service experience (any industry)
Attention to detail
Basic computer knowledge
Applicant must be able to pass background check
Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
