16 to 18 per hour with on site daycare available

We are looking for a thorough individual to undertake the responsibility to preserve the good condition and functionality of our property. You will perform maintenance tasks of great variety such as cleaning, painting, furniture assembly, helping with displays, building repairs etc. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and responsibly by observing all health and safety guidelines. The goal is to maintain the buildings and common areas in the best possible condition. If you take pride in your work and like staying busy, we encourage you to apply!

Job Responsibilities
Ensuring the building is clean and customer ready
General building maintenance and upkeep
Building repairs
Desk and chair assembly
Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules.
Adhere to all company policies concerning Health and Safety
Safely operate a variety of custodian tools, equipment and supplies
Schedule
Full-time with hour lunch
Wednesday – Saturday
Physical Demands
Must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the Custodian position. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
Regularly required to talk or hear.
Required to stand, walk and reach with hands and arms.
Occasionally required stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
Occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.

Until then, Frank and Vi Bretz had been operating a service station and renting U-Hauls in central Missoula. A search for a new camping trailer ended up turning into a new business opportunity.
