Note: This job will be located in our Hoboken, New Jersey office. We work off a hybrid model and come to the office two days per week.
Job Description
Tipico North America is looking for someone who has a strong attention to detail, and embraces the challenges that come in a rapidly changing and growing industry.
The operations analyst will report directly to the Vice President of operations and will collaborate & coordinate with Head of Customer service & the Head of Payments and Fraud.
They will be responsible for analyzing data, processes, and procedures and looking for opportunities to optimize workflows to support the business. The position holder ensures this is done by doing the following:
Transforming raw data into valuable insights and running ad-hoc analysis when required
Identify deficiencies and areas for improvement and redesign
Conduct investigative internal audits and create reports of findings
Recommend strategies and new procedures
Compare processes with industry standards and best practices
Qualifications
Degree in business administration, or 2+ years of experience as an operations analst or in a similar position
Experience using Microsoft Excel to create present spreadsheets
Familiarity with Data Visualization Tools such as Domo,Tableau, and Excel data analysis
Strong Written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail
Able to multi task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Nice to have:
Knowledge about and / or experience with sports betting
Previous experience working in the sports betting / casino industry
