Want to come work for the best State Farm Agency in West Michigan? We have a great family atmosphere and are looking to add another team member.
We are looking to add a customer service team member to our agency. The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task, friendly with customers in person, on the phone and through multiple other communication styles. Must be a good listener to the customer and willing to work with them to get them to the right team member to help them. Must be able to pivot to the products and services that we can help our customers with. The ideal candidate will be willing to go above and beyond to make the customer happy and be savvy with all computer related systems.
