Checking daily shipments.
Schedule shipments.
Handles returns and refunds from our online vendor.
Submit invoices.
Input information into Excel.
Requirements
1 year of experience
Basic Excel skills.
Effectively communicate via phone as needed
Strong work ethic & reliable.
Ability to multi-task and manage more than one project at a time.
Ability to anticipate customers’ needs and match them with appropriate products and services.
