Centrally located in Westland, Sharon’s serves metro-Detroit and the surrounding areas, and has been doing so for over 40 years. Specializing in residential and commercial heating and cooling, our goal is to provide a quality product at a reasonable price.
ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a safe, reliable, and accountable driver to make deliveries to job sites, pick up parts and equipment from suppliers, and work in the warehouse to complete loading, receiving, and stocking tasks as requested.
The ideal driver will be a self-starter, not only proficient with driving and navigation, but someone who is an effective communicator and finds joy in hard work.
The ideal driver will have the ability to maneuver trailers effectively in order to pick up and drop off equipment in a safe manner.
Driver is required to safely lift and transport 50-75 pound equipment multiple times a day.
Work ExperienceDelivery Driver experience is preferred, but not required.
Skills- Valid Driver’s License, good driving record, and lots of driving experience.- Strong communication skills and proactive thinking.- Great sense of direction and navigation skills.- Knowledge and ability to safely operate trailers, pallet jacks, dollys, and hi-los.
Schedule Full Time Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm
Pay Rate $15 – $16 per hour
