A rare and fantastic opportunity is here for you! Do you want to help patients, see a huge smile on their faces when treatment is done or when you’ve relieved their pain?
Oak Bark Dental (Previously known as Dr. Kristina Palmer’s office) is hiring for a Dental Assistant. This position will start with keeping the office flow and sterilization area clean & organized, seating assistants, and chairside assistant duties. Oak Bark invests in their team members and will help you to become a registered Assistant if that’s where you’d like to go with your career!
This position is part-time until maternity leave starts closer to September then it goes to Full time. After our team member comes back from maternity leave in December then you’d get Wednesdays off.We hire more for the fit of the person with the rest of the team members vs. someone with tons of experience. Although we’d love if we could get a candidate that has experience, that isn’t everything to our office.
From now until September we’re looking for someone to work 4 days a week. In September through December(to cover a maternity leave) we would ask you to work 5 days a week. After she comes back from maternity leave, you would go back down to 4 days a week.
Oak Bark has longevity with all team members, typically the only time we have to hire is when we’re expanding or someone is retiring which has been the case for several years!
