Designation : Digital Marketing Executive
Job Description : Looking for a dynamic and innovative marketing executive with ability to understand business model , needs, challenges and define and execute awareness and business growth oriented initiatives while collaborating with internal teams and external marketing partner ecosystem effectively Key responsibilities will be :- • Comprehend and implement the Oaktree Connect marketing strategy effectively • Define Social Media marketing plan and execute campaigns • Operate a winning google SEO/SEM program and adword campaigns • Effective Campaign communication through owned media like website, Linked page etc • Collaborate with Leadership, Practitioners to get inputs and content for marketing • Collaborate with marketing ecosystem partners for content creation, content distribution and measurement • Support Sales executives with digital branding and awareness campaigns to generate leads • Plan and manage webinars and podcasts using partners • Plan and manage the marketing budget • Measure and report on effectiveness and business impact of marketing initiatives Skills required are :- • Experience with marketing strategy, planning and execution with startups • Hands-on Experience with social & professional media marketing, website marketing, SEO/SEM, Google analytics, webinars and podcasts • Has a strong network of marketing ecosystem service providers • Has excellent communication skills • Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders and partners • Major self starter who can own multiple initiatives and drive them to completion • Has ability to think outside the box to innovate in conservative communication spaces Ex. mental health practitioner community
Job Location : Kolkata
Role : Digital Marketing
CTC : ₹700,000 P.A. – ₹800,000 P.A.
