Job Description :
$500 signing bonus plus a temporary $7.00/hour increase during the pandemic! Full-time 1st shift (6AM-2PM) and Full-time 2nd shift (2PM-10PM) positions available. Provides support in a residential setting to adults who experience an intellectual/developmental disability and assists them with maintaining and developing relationships in their community and at home.
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required. Experience working with people who have an intellectual/developmental disability is preferred. Must be willing to attend paid training, including group home curriculum and CPR/First Aid. Possession of a valid, unrestricted Michigan driver’s license is required. Must have the physical ability to carry out the required job duties. Must be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
