Job Description :

The Maintenance Manager will oversee all aspects of the maintenance department consist of overseeing personnel and maintenance services on all plant facilities and equipment. Support in the planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing of the day-to-day functions of the maintenance department, its programs and activities.
Supervise, manage, develop and lead the maintenance department to drive continuous improvement for maintenance, service and fabrication in support of productions goals.
Manage Key Safety Programs including ISO 14001 and OSHA. Implement safe and good housekeeping standards adhering to company safety policies.
Drive to improve up-time of production to ensure that the correct maintenance response is provided for all emergency downtime situations.
Develop predictive/preventative maintenance activities as well as develop and monitor metrics tracking breakdowns to measure the effectiveness of the maintenance function.
Manage, track and conduct preventive maintenance (PM) according to established PM schedule.
Lead Facility Maintenance and Improvement
Oversee the maintenance of equipment, plant, facilities, systems, offices, buildings, grounds and security.
Direct the organization and housekeeping of the maintenance areas including spare parts and tool crib inventory.
Work with purchasing department to authorize and issue purchase orders for necessary items, to ensure appropriate levels of materials are on hand according to established plans.
Maintain and manage a list of projects and actions for the maintenance function and track completion and resolution. Hold at minimum a bi-weekly meeting to review.
Develop a high level of professionalism and competence within the maintenance team, ensuring effective teamwork and communication, a high sense of urgency, and a can-do winning attitude.
A technical degree in a related field; with a minimum of five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in project leadership, preventive maintenance, task management, and continuous improvement.
Experience in manufacturing and automotive field preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
