Center for Humanistic Change of New Jersey, Inc. (CHCNJ), is a private, non-profit social services agency that operates group homes for adults with developmental disabilities in four New Jersey counties. The CHCNJ Direct Support Professional (DSP) will provide encouraging support to the people we serve through the challenges of daily life. *CHCNJ has open Direct Support Professional (DSP) positions at our group home in Bloomingdale NJ! *Varied work schedules* are available that include *afternoon, evening, weekend or overnight hours! Full-time benefits include vacation, holiday and sick time, a SEP-IRA program, and affordable health, dental and vision insurance plans that cover employee, employee/spouse or employee/child! Previous DSP experience is not necessary. All training will be provided after hire.
Please be advised that upon offer of employment, you will be required to submit to and pass a criminal background check, a pre-employment physical, Tuberculosis testing, drug screening, driving record search, NJ Central Registry of Offenders search and CARI (Child Abuse Record Information) search.
