In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of international security advocates to drive revenue growth and client retention by positioning the innovation and expertise of ADP’s converged security program as a differentiator in the market.

The Security Advocacy team members function as client security consultants to ensure client security requests are being handled in a professional and judicious manner, resulting in business expansion and renewal of service agreements.

You will be a Security Subject Matter Expert and engage across the organization to discuss client security requirements and explain our program. You will also collaborate directly with client service, sales, legal and marketing teams to address client security concerns and requests, as well as manage escalations in a professional and timely manner.

As a leader, you will be expected to present to executives, think outside the box, identify creative solutions, be resourceful and drive efficiency across the organization. To thrive in this role, you are a thought leader with a solid foundation in security, risk, audit, vendor risk management, compliance, technology and/or client service field.

Lead a team of international security advocates: the Security Advocacy team’s mission is to enable internal and external ADP clients’ trust and confidence in ADP’s security and programs. The team provides support to our sales and client-facing service teams with client and prospect security inquiries. You have a key role in the development of your direct reports to ensure quality delivery and support their career growth and development
Act as a senior security liaison: you collaborate with associates across all business units, geographies, and products to tailor ADP’s security story to meet the needs of ADP’s salesforce
Manage client security escalations: you help solve client and prospect issues quickly and with clarity
Drive strategic, innovative initiatives within the Security Advocacy team: enable associate development, service definition, breakdown of silos and more efficient and effective processes. Along with your peers, you also have a key-role in in developing and maturing measures to effectively track and report on the efficacy of the services and progress to enable better decision-making
Manage Stakeholder Relationships: You build and cultivate relationships and act as a core link between Senior Leadership, Security, Privacy, IT, Legal, Business, Sales and Marketing and other stakeholder groups. You maintain an outside-in perspective by building networks inside and outside of ADP
Deliver consistent, relevant, and timely go-to-market security messaging: you incorporate risk management principles (i.e., NIST, tolerances, and client tiering) into client-facing services to enable the sustainability of the Security Advocacy team
Seek Innovation: You continuously look for opportunities to apply innovative design thinking to your strategy and keep abreast of industry trends in security

Qualifications:

Demonstrable client-facing experience (7-10+ years): you have a way with associates and clients that builds rapport, establishes trust, and shines with professionalism. Over the phone and in writing, your communication style is clear and easy to understand
Demonstrable management and leadership experience (2-4+ years)
Presentation skills: ability to grasp, translate and present technical concepts and make them easily understandable by technical and non-technical audiences via both verbal and written communications
Knowledge of the IT Security industry and the principles of security governance, risk, controls, and frameworks such as NIST
Project management and organizational skills
Proven track record of working with senior partners to deliver metrics and reporting updates
Strong relationship-building skills: You can easily develop and grow relationships, and communicate with senior stakeholders in a respectful and thoughtful manner
A college degree is preferred but not required. What’s more important is having the skills to do the job.

Preferred Qualifications:

CISSP, CISA, CIPP/IT, CRISC, CISM or any other security certifications
Human Capital Management industry knowledge
Background in Financial Services, HR / Payroll, Business Process Outsourcing, or related fields.
