Responsibilities:
Manage and work with the creative team on ad creative strategy – design, test, and analyze results to identify the best product messaging across all stages of the customer journey. Start with a team of 3 (including consultants) and build to a group of 7 in 12 months.
Develop strategic media plans rooted in competitive research, customer segmentation, subscription journey, media planning tools, and application of historic performance insights.
Day-to-day management of a $1M+ annual budget across digital media platforms, including Google, Microsoft/Bing, Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, Tiktok, and more.
Day to day planning of e-mail life cycle marketing and execution with a team
Own international expansion of digital advertising and hire contractors to execute localized media content for specific regions.
Own and build relationships with media platform partners to ensure Sun Genomics executes the latest best in class campaigns and drives substantial increases in ROAS.
Build and grow Amazon distribution channel to be a crucial part of business strategy
Own and collaborate with the senior marketing team and creative team to ensure all web landing/product pages have optimal UX design are fully optimized for conversion, and represent our brand.
Build a new customer acquisition strategy to penetrate further the key customer segments and demographics we currently serve and establish new cohorts to target, including consumer BtoC and clinical BtoB parts of the business.
Track and report performance metrics daily to ensure effectiveness and ROAS improvement over time. Use ad platform, Google Analytics, Supermetrics, Hubspot, and Shopify data sources to understand customers’ multi-touch ad journeys.
Develop and execute A/B testing strategies across all media channels to further improve ROAS
Work with the Marketing team to strategically drive brand awareness and purchase for prioritized BtoB accounts.
As part of the team, you will occasionally help support critical strategic business initiatives.
Report weekly metrics of CAC, ROAS, Retention, LTV, Churn, Spend, Key performing assets, and new channel setup to VP and Executive Team.
Requirements:
BA or higher, MBA preferred
3+ years in a digital media management role
Experience in paid search management required. Must demonstrate working knowledge and previous collaboration with other digital channels
Experience in paid programmatic is a strong plus.
Proven track record of improving performance for growing CPG and E-Commerce brands by 200%+
Certifications on relevant digital marketing platforms
Proficiency in Google Analytics required, Shopify and Hub Spot life cycle marketing experience a plus
Strong writing and copy skills to test varying words, phrases, and styles within digital platforms
Data-driven and detail-oriented. Strong in analytics and able to translate data insights into successful marketing strategies
