Overview:

For the ideal candidate, the role can be fully remote, located anywhere in the United States.

Reporting into the CHRO, the Director of Total Rewards is globally responsible for the strategy and execution of broad-based compensation, benefits, wellness and job architecture. The Director of Total Rewards will serve as a close strategic partner to the CHRO, to develop equitable programs aimed at attracting and retaining top talent while driving business results.

Responsibilities:

Drive the strategic development, design, implementation, communication, maintenance and compliance of all compensation programs to align with the company’s Total Rewards Philosophy and business objectives.
Provide strategic direction, planning and execution of OSI systems’ benefit programs globally including health and welfare, retirement, leave programs and other perks.
Manage and administer all total rewards life cycle moments including annual merit planning, benefit renewals, open enrollment and other key events.
Work to understand our global and domestic markets and ensure market competitiveness.
Provide guidance on total rewards matters for hiring managers, human resource business partners and the talent acquisition team.
Directs the job evaluation process and maintenance of consistent and accurate job evaluations and job codes across the organization.
Own the Workers Compensation program from the HR side of the house and provide guidance and direction on this program to both HR and Finance.
Manage the relocation vendor, ensuring a smooth relocation process for new and current employees.

Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct.

Ensure that direct report(s) are trained and evaluated on their knowledge and adherence to the company’s values, Code of Ethics and Conduct, and applicable compliance policies.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum 7+ years’ experience in compensation or total rewards
Strong expertise in Excel
Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
Ability to effectively manage a team across multiple time zones.
Flexible style and go-getter, self-starter attitude with a high inclination for solving inefficiencies
Comfortable interacting with all levels of management
