Job Description :
Reporting to the CEO, the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will be responsible for leading and managing the Human Resource function for a manufacturer with four global manufacturing plants and a non-union workforce of approximately 500 hourly (direct and temp) and exempt employees. This person will direct and oversee all day-to-day HR functions at the Tallapoosa, GA plant while also developing structure, strategic vision, and safety for the companies multiple sites. This is a hybrid onsite/remote role with a minimum of 3 days per week in Tallapoosa GA, and has 3 Direct reports, and two dotted line reports.
Responsibilities include:
Provide council, leadership development, training, performance management, compliance issues, communications, staffing, compensation administration, organizational development, succession planning and community outreach.
Provide outstanding customer service levels in assisting executive team and plant management team in planning, hiring, and onboarding talent.
Develop and lead an annual successions planning
Consulting with the executive team, managers, and shop floor personnel to enhance employee performance, improving leadership skills, and implementing HR related processes/procedures.
Collaborate with plant managers and safety leads to be an active and regular participant in plant safety committee meetings and process improvements.
Where possible, work to identify and implement preventative metrics and practices to maximize employee safety.
Represent the company regarding unemployment, workers compensation, and EEO, OSHA, ADA, and FMLA issues.
Oversee administration of employee benefit (insurance, ESOP) and wellness programs.
Drive annual budget process to ensure best practices and cost effectiveness.
Responsible for leading company strategic organizational planning process and execution.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related major required. PHR/SPHR designation preferred.
10-15 years of HR experience in a non-union, team-based manufacturing environment.
Ability to establish effective working relationships at the executive and working levels of internal and external organizations; ability to gain and maintain the cooperation and participation of others. Must be able to effectively lead geographically disbursed process improvement teams.
Must be a “hands on” professional with proven experience in employee relations, leadership development, training, performance management, compliance, communications, staffing, compensation, and benefit administration.
Self-directed with a strong work ethic and demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with little or no supervision.
Effective communicator at all levels of the organization with ability to mentor, motivate, and persuade others. Team player with integrity, trust, credibility, and consensus builder.
Advocate for organizational change and promotion of diversity within the organization.
Strong leadership skills demonstrated through championing accountability, maximizing team and individual strengths, seeking and implementing change, and aligning with critical business objectives.
Excellent organizational, analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. Advanced presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 – $115,000.00 per year
