Job Description
Do you enjoy sales and e-commerce? We are looking for a meticulous and dedicated individual to accept the challenge of becoming a North 40 Ecomm/Web Lead. As our Web Lead, you would be responsible for overseeing the Ecommerce selection and packaging process in-store. You will also be working closely with the Loss Prevention Team and the Inventory Specialist to identify and decrease inventory discrepancies. If you are excited by this opportunity, and have the flexibility and drive to support any department or function in the store on an as-needed basis, we want to talk to you! To succeed in this position, you must be able to work collaboratively within a team, have meticulous attention to detail, and possess strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications
Pull and pack items from the sales floor to fulfill Ecommerce Orders in a timely manner
Operate the computer system to complete the pull of orders and print shipping labels
Ensure customer service when packing the orders (pack neatly, correctly, label information correctly and sign off on the completion, personally sign and include thank you cards with each order)
Maintain knowledge of the sales floor and departments
Maintain a clean and neat Ecommerce work area
Order and maintain all Ecommerce supplies (boxes, packing materials, tape, marketing materials)
Strong problem-solving skills demonstrating initiative to resolve issues and think ahead
Manage the e-comm team members including establishing schedules and ensuring complete coverage on a weekly and daily basis ensuring that e-comm is staffed/resourced at all times
Onboard and manage backup Ecommerce Fulfillment Associates to cover packing and pulling during all open store hours
Ensure all Ecommerce Fulfillment Associates follow procedures and best practices. Follow up with issues as needed
Work closely with Loss Prevention/Internal Inventory Specialists to identify and decrease inventory discrepancies and assist them with counts when needed.
