Responsibilities:
Receive and respond to incoming calls from hospitals and field workers with medical needs, both emergency and non-emergency
Refer patients and representatives to medical professionals
Utilize company technology and software to successfully connect calls between patients and medical professionals
Qualifications/Background Profile:
Proven experience working in a high pressure and fast paced environment
Experience within the medical industry is a plus
Ability to work weekends, holidays and ability to work a rotating shift, both early mornings/day time and mid day/late nights (6:45am-3:00pm, 2:45pm-11:00pm or 10:45pm-7:00am)
