Job Description:

Allied Universal Technology Services is looking to hire an Account Specialist. The Account Specialist is responsible for the achievement of branch sales goals through the preparation of estimates and quotes related to moves, adds, and changes (MAC) in for existing and new customers in partnership with the Commercial and Enterprise Sales Team. The Sales Specialist will work in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures, keeping in mind the overall core values of Allied Universal.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

In training to develop proficiency with AUTS’ systems and platforms that enable sales including Salesforce, WeEstimate, SAP, Concur, Microsoft applications (e.g. Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Outlook, Office), etc
Assist Enterprise Account Managers & Specialists with timely and accurate sales support functions and outputs
Coordinate with field organization for assistance conducting job walks and site visits with new and existing customers
Daily verbal and written communication with Sales Team, Operations, Engineering, Shared Services back-office and customers as needed
Assist with preparation and presentation of company offerings to the customer
Support Sales Team in preparation of timely and accurate solutions presentations and proposals including data entry and reporting
Attend Enterprise Sales meetings and take notes for the VP of Enterprise Sales
Coordinate and communicate across the organization. Scheduling of appointments
Maintain quality assurance by complying with all organizational standards
Assist with other Sales projects as assigned by Leadership Team

Knowledge and Skills

College degree in related field preferred but not required
Desire to perform, grow and advance within the AUTS Sales organization
Posses an understanding of security technologies and solutions with a passion for learning and developing a growing knowledge base
Ability to work in a dynamic team environment with an expanding customer base onsite as well as virtually. Ability to serve as the first point of contact and building rapport with customers and team members
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, capable of managing multiple tasks, setting priorities and meeting deadlines
A quick and adaptable learner who is hyper responsive
Highly motivated, positive, organized and analytical decision-making capabilities
Commitment to professional, ethical, and compliant business practices
Must possess excellent technical writing and verbal communication skills as well as demonstrated strong reading comprehension with an attention to detail; the ability to communicate with people via email, Microsoft Teams, over the phone, and in person is required
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external customers
In training to conduct site visits and job walks with experienced solution architects, project managers and sales account managers
