The Montana Hospital Association is accepting resumes for an Executive Assistant based in Montana’s beautiful, capital city of Helena.
The Executive Assistant is responsible for support activities that advance the mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities of the Montana Hospital Association (MHA), Montana Health Research & Education Foundation (MHREF), MHA Ventures (VEN), and the Political Action Committee (PAC). They are responsible for providing general clerical support, administrative activities, and office management. They will ensure effective communication across multiple stakeholders and cohorts of management, staff, and boards.
The Montana Hospital Association is a nonprofit organization with more than eighty members that provide the full spectrum of healthcare services, including hospital inpatient and outpatient services, skilled nursing facilities, home health, hospice, physician services, assisted living, senior housing and insurance services.

Associate’s degree from two-year college or technical school; or 3-5 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Valid Montana driver’s license.
Strong interpersonal, presentation, organizational, and time management skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Experience working with individuals of diverse backgrounds.
Proficient with a variety of office software including Zoom and MS Office; especially PowerPoint, Word, Teams and Excel. Experience with a CRM or AMS database.
Regular attendance and presence at the MHA office in accordance with the agreed upon work schedule.
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to problem-solve in a positive and constructive manner.
Excellent written and oral communications skills.
