River Ridge is a small, but bustling, Assisted Living Facility in need of a new Executive Director.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being autonomous while building a strong team of care providers. It’s also a great opportunity to work in an environment caring for seniors who maintain their independence in a variety of ways. You can develop strong personal relationship that are unique in a work environment because you aren’t selling widgets – you are helping people live life to the best of their ability.
Duties and responsibilities of the Executive Director include:
Manage the daily operations within parameters of established policies and procedures and in keeping with the philosophy and mission of the organization. We are company founded on a strong set of values.
Ensure the community meets financial objectives
Marketing the facility within the community to maintain and grow census.
Supervise and direct the work activity of employees. Create and maintain a high level of resident and employee satisfaction.
