Executive- Franchisee Coordinator
The employee will be responsible for Coordinating with respective Franchisee on a daily basis and do the liasoning with respective internal departments to support Franchisee Centres. Responsibilities and Duties Outline the functions a person in this position will perform on a regular basis. • Calling up the Franchisee on a daily basis. • Understanding their requirements and support them for their needs from Principal Company • Maintaining the different MIS and report to the Management • Coordinating with third party agencies for smooth operation in Franchisee Department. • Scheduled Visit to respective centres for support and Audit. • Should be available to support the Franchisee over Phone and Whatsapp as per their need
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications This may include education, previous job experience, certifications and technical skills. • Minimum Graduation in any discipline is required • Should be fluent in English, Hindi and Bengali • Should be a go-getter and have a positive attitude towards work. • Should be prompt in servicing and responsible • Should be open to travel anywhere in India
