Job Description :
Essential Functions
Manage and maintain the business’s traditional utilities accounts, including Water, Sewer, Trash, Electric, and Natural Gas/Propane
Procure and terminate services as needed
Review accounts billing for accuracy and payment approval
Maintain the business division utility allocations
Analyze and implement energy and utility improvements
Report utility usage and expenses on a monthly basis
Work with vendors to leverage available rebates
EDUCATION
Associate’s degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year Associate’s Degree from a 2-year college OR technical school; OR six months
to one year related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education andAssociate’s Degree
SKILLS
Process – driven analytical skills
Knowledge of purchasing and budgeting
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools, with a focus on Excel skills
Ability to format data efficiently, allowing for effective analysis and decision making
Ability to be flexible with organizational changes and priorities
Creative problem solver
Valid Driver’s license and Acceptable driving record is required
