Job Description:

This role is dedicated to working with Market Managers to deliver recruiting support to ensure staffing of our locations within assigned Markets. Additional focus will be given to increasing technical staff as well as building relationships in the market for candidate pools. The Field Recruiter will execute recruiting initiatives including direct sourcing, attending job fair/trade show events and cold calling candidates to ensure recruiting goals are met.

Sources and recruits industry talent to our organization by collaborating with operations and the talent acquisition team.

Acts as boots on the ground Talent Team member to assist operations in identifying the needs of their shop by completing store-specific staffing plans and compiling the needs for an overall Market Plan.

Works with the Talent Acquisition Manager to coordinate sourcing efforts to build candidate pools.

Drives referral activity and helps coordinate the referral program.

Conducts Initial Candidate Screenings

Ensures the completion of candidate application

Conducts in person or virtual interviews as needed

Works with Regional TAM team member to update the Workday Recruiting Dashboards

Coordinates and participates in Career Fairs, Open houses, Community Events, School Relationships and other events as needed.

Perform other special projects or duties when required

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or work equivalent experience

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a recruitment environment or in the Collision industry
